Is It Time You Were Baptized?

This Easter, we celebrate the resurrection of the risen Jesus. We are reminded of his victorious triumph over death, risen to life. Likewise, by grace and through faith, we are risen to new life and washed clean of sin and shame. We’re looking to celebrate by having baptisms on Easter Sunday.

Baptism is physical testimony of that spiritual reality in your life. If you would like more information on baptism or have not been baptized and would like to, please email me or send me a message on The City.

A final note to hold-outs: many never feel ready and many never feel like the time is right. In the Bible, we see over and over again that Baptism is your first opportunity to obey Jesus after coming to faith. So regardless of how you feel, trust Jesus and take the plunge (no pun intended). There’s no better Sunday, than Easter Sunday for baptism.
