This Easter, we celebrate the resurrection of the risen Jesus. We are reminded of his victorious triumph over death, risen to life. Likewise, by grace and through faith, we are risen to new life and washed clean of sin and shame. We’re looking to celebrate by having baptisms on Easter Sunday.

A final note to hold-outs: many never feel ready and many never feel like the time is right. In the Bible, we see over and over again that Baptism is your first opportunity to obey Jesus after coming to faith. So regardless of how you feel, trust Jesus and take the plunge (no pun intended). There’s no better Sunday, than Easter Sunday for baptism.
